Job summary

Ghost Robotics is seeking a capable Senior Public Safety Business Development professional to lead US-based engagements with military and public safety customers. You will drive multi-channel sales, coordinate demonstrations, and work with marketing and PMO to respond to RFIs/RFPs.

A background in government procurement and battlefield-tested communication will help you succeed. You will travel domestically as needed, build strategic plans for growth, and partner with a high-caliber team to win

Qualifications

• Prior Military or Public Safety experience required.
• Familiarity with US Government procurement processes and acquisition procedures.
• Strong time management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and leverage key relationships with sales partners and customers.
• Five or more years of Government/Military/Public Safety business development/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Public Safety customer Business Development in the US.
• Oversee B2B channel accounts for resale of OEM products to Public Safety customers; provide aftersales support.
• Manage B2G sales channel for direct OEM product sales to Public Safety customers.
• Maintain and ensure CRM pipeline accuracy and related metrics.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and training for Public Safety customers (sell-in and sell-through).
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan Public Safety trade marketing events.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with the PMO and coordinate 3rd party payload integration for Public Safety customers.
• Work with Director – US Business Development to optimize sales operations and systems.
• Develop territory SBP deliverables to support US sales growth.
