Job summary

Scale is seeking a seasoned Public Sector Delivery leader to ensure government customers become passionate, lifelong partners. You will triage issues, drive analytics-driven solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML outcomes for public sector use cases.

You will work deep on technical and organizational challenges, creating repeatable processes and tools to support Scale’s public sector objectives. Willingness to travel and a strong communication track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Polygraph nice to have).
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
• Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of ML operations processes.
• Proven analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% (50% travel is a nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and transformation by tackling technical and operational challenges for Public Sector customers.
• Create solutions from scratch or improve existing ones using technical concepts and tools.
• Use data, analytics, and technical expertise to align internal resources and add value to customers.
• Transition AI/ML technologies into working Public Sector products when requirements are undefined.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and public sector teams to deliver AI systems for government use cases.
• Lead a cross-functional team to exceed the customer’s AI/ML objectives.
• Manage long-term health of the customer base by preempting risks or concerns.
• Identify repeatable approaches to customer success and reduce issues for future customers.
• Address engineering problems alongside product development teams.
