Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning, organizing, preparing, analyzing, and reviewing of the CAFR of the School Division.
• Conducts complex financial and budget analysis.
• Reviews and approves financial transactions related to assigned workflows.
• Prepares periodic and special financial reports, reviews, and analysis.
• Oversees the fiscal year end schedule, reconciliations, and closing of the financial accounting system; coordinate ORACLE EBS testing.
• Coordinates with management staff's daily activities and scheduling.
