Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma.
• Working knowledge of HR in a public school setting.
• Knowledge of Visions/Enterprise through Tyler ERP Solutions.
• Knowledge of public school policies for Classified, Certified or Substitute Staff positions.
• Excellent communication, public relations and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and correspondence.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments with consistent accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employment process to comply with all regulations.
• Enroll new employees for payroll and benefits information.
• Administers and maintains guest teacher finder system.
• Maintain and interpret employment files and policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to staff and public inquiries regarding employment positions.
