Job summary

California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking a Telecommunications Systems Technician II to respond to and resolve public safety communications issues for State Agency clients. Under supervision, the technician uses FCC rules, test equipment, and office software, with travel to remote locations possible.

This is an in-office position, not a hybrid telework role. The role requires effective communication, professional conduct, and the ability to work with a team to keep
