Job summary

The City of Delray Beach seeks an experienced Technical Support Analyst to manage day-to-day installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of department-issued hardware, software, and peripherals. You will support RTCC/911 dispatch systems, ensure CJIS compliance, and work on on-call shifts.

Associate degree in CS or related field with 3–5 years of desktop management or equivalent experience is required; familiarity with CAD/RMS/MDT, AD, and ITIL/ITSM practices is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience with computers and LAN environments or 5 years in Desktop Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-level technical assistance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for all agency-issued endpoints.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot CAD, RMS, MDT, and Fleet camera systems.
• Provision, modify, terminate user accounts and licensing per CJIS standards.
• Deploy and maintain MDCs, CCTV and in-car video systems with evidence compliance.
• Run end-user training and participate in monthly on-call schedule.
