Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience with a related degree.
• Experience with 9-1-1 technical systems and CAD.
• Strong budget management and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervise staff and plan work to meet division goals.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of radio, IT, and facilities systems.
• Plan and administer the Technical Services budget and cost estimates.
• Develop performance standards and management reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with other Agency departments.
