Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies in the CommandCentral Training Delivery Team. You will support ongoing training activities, tailor content to customer workflows, and ensure quality training experiences for end users and system administrators in the public safety sector.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions customer software.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff how to use complex software products.
• Deliver virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on training schedules.
• Create training materials and documents, measure knowledge transfer.
