Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and on-site instruction for CommandCentral software and related integrations, empowering customers to operate confidently.

The role requires strong instructional experience in public safety software, comfort teaching across user levels, travel up to 50%, CJIS security policy compliance, and collaboration with the CommandCentral Training Team to develop polished materials and measure training

Qualifications

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Experience delivering virtual and on-site training for software products.
• Ability to tailor training for varying student levels, from end users to system administrators.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Present training virtually and on-site using live customer or demo software environments and materials.
• Develop and compile comprehensive training documents and course material for new and existing products.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness; coordinate with stakeholders on schedules.
