Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within the CommandCentral Training Delivery Team. You will support ongoing technical/end-user training activities, tailor the customer education experience, and facilitate classes in-person and remotely using live environments and documentation.

The role requires experience in technical training, the ability to travel up to 50%, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions customer software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations.
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides and other tools.
• Managing communications with customers and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules.
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
