Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Product Launch Manager to coordinate major launches across the Public Safety portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Operations and is responsible for ensuring the organization is ready to successfully take new capabilities to market.

A successful launch requires alignment on packaging, processes, timing, dependencies, and ownership, with a focus on organizational readiness and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS software organization.
• Experience managing product launches, go-to-market programs, product operations, program management, commercialization, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and priorities.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear actions and requirements for different parts of an organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, dependencies, and organizational gaps before they become problems.
• Comfortable working in an environment with cross-functional boundaries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional readiness for major product launches across Tyler's Public Safety portfolio.
• Develop and manage repeatable launch plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and readiness criteria.
• Establish launch gates and assess readiness across Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, Training and operations.
• Identify readiness gaps early and drive teams toward resolution.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Implementation to align messaging, timing, and collateral.
• Build scalable launch discipline with playbooks, dashboards, and status visibility for leadership.
• Support commercial readiness through pricing, packaging, documentation, and enablement.
