Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS software organization.
• Experience managing product launches and cross-functional programs.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience launching enterprise SaaS or GovTech products (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional readiness for major product launches across Tyler's Public Safety portfolio.
• Develop and manage repeatable launch plans with milestones, owners, decisions, and risks.
• Establish launch gates and assess readiness of Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, Training and others.
• Identify readiness gaps early and drive teams toward resolution.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support.
• Build scalable launch discipline with playbooks, checklists, dashboards, and communication mechanisms.
