Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business or equivalent.
• Proven track record in software/product management with Agile SCRUM experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; full SDLC understanding.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff and team members with focus on growth, product ownership and leadership.
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
• Lead group delivery of multiple product/services with innovative solutions.
• Ensure ownership for delivery of a group of products/services.
• Foster alignment and buy-in for future product strategy across teams.
