Boston Medical Center (BMC) is hiring a Public Safety Operations Supervisor responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering effective security services. This role ensures satisfaction in the Public Safety Department while supervising all operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in medical center security and at least three years of supervisory experience. A B.A or B.S and relevant certifications are required.

Compensation ranges from $30.05 to $43.75, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in medical center security or equivalent.
• At least three years of supervisory responsibility.
• Must possess certifications required for a Public Safety Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Public Safety operations as assigned.
• Monitors activities of Public Safety staff.
• Develops Quality Assurance Programs on an annual basis.

Skills
