The Public Safety Officer provides security for patients, visitors, staff, and property by patrolling assigned areas, maintaining visitor control, and investigating irregularities. They provide information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff. The Campus Police & Public Safety department promotes a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. The officer is available 24 hours a day, monitoring emergency security/communications systems within the hospital, investigating irregularities, and managing CCTV surveillance cameras across the campuses/facilities.
