Mission Critical Partners seeks a seasoned 9-1-1 professional to provide subject matter expertise in assessment, design, and implementation of enterprise networks and 9-1-1 systems. The candidate will lead client engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and strong satisfaction while guiding strategic implementations.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience in consultancy for mission-critical systems, deep NG9-1-1 knowledge, and a proven ability to negotiate scope and budgets with clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences/technology, telecommunications, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject matter expert and project lead for clients.
• Ensure quality of project deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and strategic implementation support for complex 9-1-1 systems.
• Assess client situations and identify their needs and requirements.
• Perform onsite surveys of existing systems with emphasis on data gathering and improvements.
• Lead and participate in development of reports, analyses, and presentations.
• Develop project scope, roles and implementation plans.
• Stay current on NG9-1-1 standards and their impact on clients.
• Support negotiation with clients on scope, procurement, and budgets.
• Share technical knowledge with peers to strengthen problem-solving and client solutions.
• Foster positive client relations and long-term partnerships.

Educación

Bachelors Degree in Information Sciences/Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
