Job summary

A leading Managed IT Services provider in Texas is seeking a 911 Network/Communications SME for a State-level Digital 9-1-1 Network Project. The role involves implementing a public safety-grade ESInet and interconnecting PSAPs to enhance emergency communication. Candidates should have relevant IT certifications including PMP, CCNA, and CCNP. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though exceptional experience with a 2-year degree may be considered. Responsibilities

• Implement a public safety grade State-level ESInet and NG 9-1-1 system.
• Interconnect all Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to the State-level ESInet.
• Migrate PSAP 9-1-1 traffic from the E9-1-1 system(s) to the State-level ESInet.
• Transition management and operations of NG9-1-1 system to a Multi-Sourcing Integrator.
