Quantum Sky is seeking a 911 Systems Trainer with public safety expertise to support our NG9-1-1 enterprise solution for PSAPs across CONUS, Hawaii, and Guam. The role requires strong training design, stakeholder engagement, and expert knowledge of NG9-1-1 systems.

You will lead in-person or virtual sessions, collaborate with executives and vendors, travel up to 10%, and help customers adopt new software while staying within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public speaking or training roles.
• Experience in 9-1-1 or public safety settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for project delivery.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders including executives and vendors.
• Lead training sessions for new software rollouts.
• Develop and update training materials and lesson plans.
• Support user adoption during implementations and upgrades.
• Travel to customer sites for onsite training.
• Capture feedback and training metrics to improve learning.
• Coordinate with 911 system providers.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions.
• Assist learners during go-live phases.
