• Leadership and people management skills.
• Executive-level reporting and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NG911 deployments with timelines and scope.
• Drive testing, integration, and migration readiness.
• Provide SME on NG911 call flow and PSAP processes.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and inter-team communication.
• Oversee ATP activities, troubleshooting and validation.
• Post-implementation support and production handoff.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Deliver executive summaries and performance metrics.
