Skydio is seeking a Key Account Director, T1200, to lead a regional team selling autonomous drones to public safety agencies across the Western and Central U.S. You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent, set standards for how the team works, and drive pipeline, forecasts, and territory development.

This remote role emphasizes AI-enabled selling, cross-functional collaboration, and high integrity in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager with year-by-year attainment.
• 4+ years total in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success recruiting sellers with a clear process and close history.
• Coaching approach with measurable improvement examples.
• Executive presence with customer leadership and team integrity under quota pressure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for the region: build a talent pipeline, fast and rigorous process, close top candidates.
• Coach the team: run 1:1s, deal reviews, and field demos with actionable feedback.
• Retain and design territory: set achievable, equitable assignments and development paths.
• Run the region: own pipeline, forecast, and quota design; partner with Channel.
• Represent region insights to Marketing and Product and drive AI-enabled workflows.
