Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or closely related field.
Five years of experience managing, maintaining, and implementing technology programs, system/server administration.
Three years of supervisory experience over a technical team.

Responsibilities

Managing SVRIA and UASI projects; liaising between City, stakeholders and vendors.
Coordinating development and execution of Interoperable Communications goals and plans.
Allocating resources and service levels to meet grant guidelines and requirements.
Drafting intergovernmental agreements, MOUs, and related documents.
Participating in SVRIA committees and regional interoperability initiatives.
Evaluating systems and technologies to enhance information sharing across agencies.
Preparing grant applications and program reports for funding of projects.
