Legends Global is seeking a part-timeSecurity Associate at the Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining safety for guests, employees, and events, with responsibilities ranging from patrols to crowd control.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1 year of public safety experience, and solid customer service skills. English proficiency is required and the position is on-site with flexible hours including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of public safety or security experience, preferably in a similar environment.
• Customer service background or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitors assigned posts and surrounding areas to ensure safety of facility, employees, guests, clients, and visitors.
• Responds immediately to emergencies, disturbances, medical incidents, alarms, and other situations requiring Public Safety involvement.
• Assists with crowd management, access control, line control, and enforcement of facility rules during events and daily operations.
• Conducts routine interior and exterior property patrols and identifies safety, security, or maintenance concerns.
• Locks and unlocks facility doors, gates, offices, and operational areas as required by event and building schedules.
• Maintains awareness of emergency exits, evacuation procedures, fire alarm systems, and facility safety protocols.
• Provides customer service and general assistance to guests, including directions and event information.
• Communicates effectively via two-way radio, telephone, and in-person interaction with staff, management, emergency responders, and the public.
