Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part Time Operations Staff (2nd Shift) at the Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ. The role focuses on keeping the facility clean, safe, and ready for events, with duties ranging from setup and teardown to equipment handling and event support.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and teamwork and strong organization are essential to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a first-class facility.

Responsibilities

• Assists with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Sets up and breaks down tables, chairs, risers, staging, barricades, pipe and drape, and other equipment for meetings, exhibitions, and events.
• Assists with loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and event materials as needed.
• Performs room conversions and event changeovers in accordance with event specifications and timelines.
• Assists with trash removal, recycling, floor maintenance, and general facility appearance before, during, and after events.
• Responds to operational requests from staff, clients, promoters, and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas, workspaces, docks, and operational areas throughout the facility.
• Operates equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner following procedures and training.
• Identifies and reports maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the facility and event success.
