Job summary

Qualifications

• Public assembly facility set-up knowledge required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and event equipment.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Perform room conversions and event changeovers per timelines.
• Maintain storage areas and overall facility appearance.
• Respond to operational requests professionally and promptly.
• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report to management.
• Operate equipment safely according to procedures.
• Support the overall operation of the facility and events.
