Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fire service or related field; five years fire service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated management and supervisory abilities in a complex program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Public Safety Academy in coordination with the PSA Director.
• Coordinate instructional programs, scheduling, and testing across disciplines.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with education codes and district policies.
• Prepare reports and coordinate budget planning for the Academy.
