Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years paramedic supervisory, administrative, or leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating instructional programs and curriculum delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of California Community Colleges laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Public Safety Academy and assist the Director.
• Coordinate integration and sequencing of Academy instruction with multiple disciplines.
• Schedule classes and manage facilities; monitor compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Assist in budgeting, course scheduling, and strategic outreach for the Academy.
