Job summary

BRINC in the United States seeks two Product Specialists to support and facilitate customer demos onsite. You will fly and troubleshoot BRINC drones and related software during demonstrations, working closely with the Sales team to show our technology in action.

You must maintain FAA Part 107 certification, possess strong customer service skills, and travel up to 75% to support clients nationwide. This role emphasizes safety, rapid problem-solving, and clear communication with public safety

Qualifications

• Proven Customer Service/Success skillset.
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Part 107 license and currency.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain technical expertise in BRINC OEM products & proprietary software.
• Possess and maintain an FAA Part 107 Pilot’s License.
• Build positive relationships with customers and public safety agencies.
• Maintain flying proficiency to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with BRINC teammates during demonstrations.
• Deliver live, interactive demonstrations of hardware and software solutions.
• Manage BRINC equipment including truck, station, sUAS kits, and accessories.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality for presentations.
• Conduct pre-operational testing and debrief with BRINC personnel onsite.
• Drive and manage the DFR truck for on-site support during meetings and events.
