Qualifications

• Background check, drug screening, and hearing/vision tests required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process emergency and non-emergency calls; dispatch police, fire, or EMS as needed.
• Document and file reports in accordance with procedures and legal requirements.
• Monitor radio frequencies and coordinate communication with responders.
• Operate dispatch equipment and CAD systems; maintain data accuracy.
• Provide after-hours support and route inquiries to appropriate departments.
