• Receives and coordinates after-hours requests for facilities maintenance.
• Handles in-person, text and application-based inquiries and telephone inquiries from the public.
• Refers calls or dispatches assistance as appropriate.
• Provides medical pre-arrival instructions for 9-1-1 calls.
• Maintains various departmental computer-based systems such as EMS, CAD, and Text to 9-1-1.
