Responsibilities

• Call intake of emergency and non-emergency calls and gather essential details.
• Relay information to troopers, determine priorities, and request assistance.
• Access, research, and maintain electronic records via CLEAN and JNET.
• Respond to inquiries from the public and assist visitors at the station.
• Participate in communications training and help instruct new operators.
• Perform additional duties during emergency activations.
