Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call intake: receive emergency and non-emergency calls and gather details.
• Incident dispatch: relay information, set priorities, request assistance.
• Record management: access and maintain electronic records in CLEAN/JNET.
• Public assistance: respond to inquiries and assist visitors.
• Training support: participate in training and help instruct new operators.
• General duties: perform additional tasks during emergencies.
