Responsibilities

• Call Handling: Receive calls, gather information, and determine response requirements.
• Incident Dispatching: Relay incident details to troopers and contact supporting agencies as needed.
• Record Management: Maintain electronic incident records and use systems such as CLEAN and JNET.
• Public Assistance: Respond to public inquiries and assist station visitors seeking information.
• Training Participation: Attend required training and assist with onboarding new staff.
• Emergency Support: Assist with duties in emergency response plans during catastrophic incidents.
