Responsibilities

• Call intake: receive emergency and non-emergency calls and gather details.
• Incident dispatch: relay information to troopers and coordinate with outside agencies.
• Record management: use CLEAN and JNET to access and maintain records.
• Public assistance: respond to inquiries and aid visitors at the station.
• Training support: participate in training and help instruct new operators.
• General duties: perform additional tasks during emergency activations.
