Qualifications

• Direct working experience in public safety dispatcher operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning citing the policy or workflow used.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against public safety dispatcher workflows and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next step for model improvement.
• Adjudicate disputes using published playbooks or guidance.
• Maintain reviewer quality scores in calibration cycles.
