Job summary

AuraOne seeks a remote Ambulance Dispatcher - Emergency Communications Specialist to evaluate AI outputs touching clinical review. You will review model reasoning, flag safety issues, and document corrected reasoning for model improvements.

Ideal candidates have hands-on clinical case experience, ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently, and clear, guideline-based written assessments. This contractor role is remote and US-eligible.

Qualifications

• Active license or board certification in clinical review or adjacent Ambulance Dispatcher specialty.
• Hands-on experience reading patient cases and writing structured assessments.
• Clear written reasoning citing guidelines, evidence, or standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current clinical guidelines and standard of care for Ambulance Dispatcher assignments.
• Grade differential reasoning, dosing, and red-flag handling on a structured rubric.
• Flag patient-safety issues with severity tags that match clinical-incident taxonomies.
• Capture corrected clinical reasoning so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed cases against published evidence or specialty guidelines.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in weekly inter-rater calibration cycles.
