Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. in Warminster, PA, is seeking a Public Records Analyst to investigate backgrounds by analyzing criminal and civil records and creating client reports in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

This full-time, on-site role offers shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Training on the 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shift for 2–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze source documentation for pre-employment screening according to FCRA rules, state rules, and client-specific rules.
• Conduct research by contacting applicable agencies and ordering case information.
• Prepare reports by entering researched information into proprietary software.
• Send the prepared report to the validation team for further processing.
