Vertical Screen, Inc. in Warminster, PA is hiring for a full-time on-site Global Researcher to perform international background checks for applicants worldwide. The role involves verification of education, employment, and other records across 245 countries, with daily vendor communication and adherence to strict timelines.

Fluency in French is highly desired; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential. Shifts include 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French or another language besides English preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
• Excellent prioritization, research and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidential and time sensitive information.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate needs of international vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Verify background information for employment and applicant screening.
• Conduct research via phone, mail or email and contact vendors as needed.
• Verify education, employment, references, court/police records, credit checks, government databases, and motor vehicle records.
• Follow up on research requests to meet turnaround times.
• Coordinate with internal teams for country-specific documentation and search procedures.
• Ensure client satisfaction with international services, turnaround time and quality of results.
