Qualifications

• One year as an Engineering Technician (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title).
• One year of technical real estate experience and an associate degree.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation Support: Assist with discussions about property acquisitions, relocation matters, and claim resolutions.
• Property Research: Review deeds, titles, and related documents to determine project impacts.
• Plan Explanation: Explain project plans and answer questions about policies and procedures.
• Claim File Management: Prepare and maintain accurate claim portfolios and supporting materials.
• Right of Way Review: Check right of way documents and coordinate corrections when needed.
• Program Monitoring: Monitor outdoor advertising and junkyard sites for compliance with state requirements.
