Qualifications

• One year as an Engineering Technician (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title) or one year of technical real estate experience and an associate degree.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Active Class C driver's license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with discussions about property acquisitions, relocation matters, and claim resolutions
• Review deeds, titles, and related documents to determine project impacts
• Explain project plans and answer questions about policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain accurate claim portfolios and supporting materials
• Check right of way documents and coordinate corrections when needed
• Monitor outdoor advertising and junkyard sites for compliance with state requirements
