Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is hiring a Creator Operations Associate to work with the USDS Content Operations team and support the Central Creator Team. You will design, manage and send communications to US Creators, plus community-manage high-value creators via webinars, newsletters and events.

You will help execute product adoption programs with cross-functional partners to drive creator growth and engagement in the US market.

Qualifications

• Great written and spoken communication to influence product partners.
• Experience in community building and engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong relationship-building on creator and business levels.
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with influencer management in creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key USDS partner supporting growth programs and priorities.
• Oversee communications to US Creators for product adoption and community needs.
• Design and launch creator communities to onboard, educate and scale.
• Develop scalable program solutions to drive creator growth and retention.
• Measure program success and extract insights from metrics.
• Gather feedback from the creator community to inform product development.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics and Product to address US Creator questions.
