Qualifications

Equivalent combination of education/experience accepted.
10+ years of experience building consumer technology projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing PIT Crew engineering team.
Define and drive the team’s long-term roadmap.
Ensure product launches meet usability, security, and privacy standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Mentor engineering staff and manage staffing.
