Job summary

Artheon in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure programs from planning through construction administration for public sector clients. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing, oversee engineering plans and bid documents, and coordinate with NJDEP, NJDOT, and utility providers to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and NJ PE license or reciprocity within six months,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• NJPE license or reciprocity within six months preferred.
• 8–15+ years of municipal project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple municipal infrastructure projects from proposal through closeout.
• Lead coordination with municipal officials, utilities, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Oversee engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff; support business development.
