Artheon is hiring a Project Engineer to join our Municipal Engineering team in East Brunswick, NJ. You will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of public infrastructure projects that enhance safety, sustainability, and quality of life for communities we serve.

Working with experienced Project Managers, you will prepare engineering plans, technical reports, construction documents, and permit applications for a wide range of municipal projects across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 2–4 years of municipal or civil engineering consulting experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, estimates, and technical reports for municipal projects.
• Design roadway, drainage, stormwater management, and utility improvements using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate project design with municipal officials, utility companies, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare permit applications for NJDEP, county, and local agencies.
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to quality control.
