Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, public administration, or closely related field.
• Four (4) years of experience in advocacy or related work.
• Valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver’s license or equivalent and eligible for Baltimore City permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the ombudsman program for public housing residents.
• Supervise Housing and Community Development ombudsman personnel.
• Investigate and resolve complaints; conduct investigative interviews; maintain confidential case files.
