Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or related field.
• Four or more years in real property planning and development management or related experience.
• Experience in procurement, contract administration, or project operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and contracts for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with HUD, OSHA, and SOPs.
• Manage contracting, purchasing, and invoicing processes, including bonds and insurance verification.
• Prepare internal and external reports for HUD, PHA and other agencies.
