Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Planning or Business.
• Two years of housing sector experience with at least three of the listed duties.
• Experience evaluating real estate or economic development proposals.
• Coordinating consultants for studies and coordinating contractors for construction projects.
• Conducting real estate financial calculations, including loan amortization and pro forma analysis.
• Providing support to policy committees and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Manages development and contractual activities for housing programs and monitors developer activities.
• Oversees development contract activities, drafts lien releases, verifies income eligibility, and handles payments information.
• Learns and implements new processes to grow housing programs and ensure program management.
• Engages with the public about housing programs and provides information and direction.
• Reviews requests for meetings, documents, and project updates.
• Evaluates applications and facilitates project success with developers.
