Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; five years of management experience in public housing or related government work.
• HUD regulatory knowledge and experience with affordable housing programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise property and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspect properties for safety and compliance; monitor leases and enforce policies.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Meet with residents monthly, address issues, and coordinate emergency responses.
• Coordinate projects, ensure timely completion within budget, and manage risk.
