Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Public Health, Basic Science, or a relevant clinical discipline with two years survey research experience including interviewing, supervision of data collection procedures, and training; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate phases of assigned projects; translate planning into concrete activities and set priorities.
• Coordinate administration and coordination of study aspects.
• Ensure study activities align with the study protocol.
• Coordinate hiring, training, direction, and evaluation of study personnel.
• Coordinate recruitment, data collection and follow-up activities.
• Develop and revise study materials, forms, manuals, and brochures.
• Develop reporting procedures and provide progress reports.
• Develop quality control and monitoring procedures; create computerized reporting methods.
• Represent the project to community agencies as liaison and spokesperson.
• Establish and maintain billing files for accounts related to departments.
• Order and maintain supplies for the project.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work.
