Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a research coordinator to support Wake Forest University Health Sciences: Academic Public Health Sciences. The role involves planning, implementation, and evaluation of project phases, coordinating recruitment, data collection, and follow-up activities, and ensuring adherence to study protocols.

You will supervise data collection procedures, train staff, and develop reporting and quality-control measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, Public Health, Basic Science, or a relevant clinical discipline with two years survey research experience.
Supervision of data collection procedures and training.
Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement and evaluate phases of assigned projects and set priorities.
Administer and coordinate various aspects of the study.
Ensure study activities follow the study protocol.
Coordinate hiring of study personnel and provide training and evaluation.
Coordinate recruitment, data collection and follow-up activities.
Develop and revise study materials, forms, manuals and brochures as requested.
Develop reporting procedures and progress reports.
Develop quality control monitoring procedures and computerized methods for monitoring/reporting.
Represent project to community agencies and serve as liaison.
Establish and maintain billing files for accounts.
Order and maintain supplies for the project.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work.
