Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a grant-funded project coordinator for Wake Forest University Health Sciences, supporting Public Health Sciences research. The role involves planning, development, and evaluation of project phases, coordinating recruitment, data collection, and follow-up in line with the study protocol.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining quality control procedures, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Public Health, Basic Science, or a relevant clinical discipline with two years survey research experience including interviewing, supervision of data collection procedures, and training; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate phases of assigned project(s).
• Coordinate recruitment, data collection, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure study activities align with the protocol and design decisions.
• Coordinate hiring and training of study personnel; supervise and evaluate work.
• Develop and document quality control monitoring procedures and reporting methods.
